Having grown up in Vegas, I moved to Idaho in 2022, trading the neon glare for crisp mountain air, and I love it! I enjoy camping, backpacking, skiing, and being constantly reminded of nature’s beauty. When I’m indoors, I enjoy watching movies with my wife, playing board games, and playing Super Smash Bros with friends.
I believe good therapy should help people become more confident navigating life on their own. My goal is to equip you with practical tools, insight, and self-
awareness so that you feel empowered long after therapy ends. I strive to deeply understand your experiences and help you feel genuinely heard, valued, and supported.
I enjoy helping people make choices that reflect their core values rather than feeling controlled by trauma, fear, or painful past experiences. Even when circumstances cannot immediately change, we can often change the way we relate to them. I work with clients to build resilience, a sense of capability, and healthier ways of communicating in relationships.
Clients have often described me as bringing a calm and grounded presence into the therapy room. If life feels overwhelming or chaotic, I hope therapy can
become a space where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
My approach is informed by Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and
Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.
I genuinely love getting to know people and hearing their stories. I am continually inspired by people’s resilience, growth, and capacity for change. It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you navigate difficult seasons of life.
